Please review this Refund Policy carefully, as it sets forth the terms and conditions that govern purchases made on cyanthe.com. By placing an order on cyanthe.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
30-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange
We offer a 30-day no-reason return and exchange policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
Our responsibility includes (but is not limited to): product defects, missing items, incorrect items, damaged packages, lost packages, and shipping/transportation issues.
Customer reasons include (but are not limited to): change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other personal reason. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team to obtain return authorization and the correct return address. We do not publish a return address publicly.

Please include the following in your email:
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect)
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization or without contacting us first may not be accepted. We are not responsible for packages returned to an incorrect address or lost due to unauthorized returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item, missing item, or shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping cost. Reimbursement may be provided via PayPal or store credit (as agreed with you).
- If the return is not due to our fault (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns), where applicable and consistent with the above terms.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive missing items or the wrong item(s), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Photos of all items received and the outer packaging
- Photos showing shipping label/tracking information
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
Once verified, we will send the missing/correct item(s). In some cases, you may be asked to return the incorrect item.
Damaged Items / DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If your item arrives damaged or does not function upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Photos of the original packaging (front and back)
- Photos/videos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos/videos/screenshots demonstrating the malfunction (if applicable)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund. In some cases, the item may need to be returned.
Defective Items (Warranty)
Most items include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery (excluding physical damage, wear and tear, or misuse).
If your item becomes defective during the warranty period, please contact us first for authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Proof may include:
- Photos of packaging and shipment label
- Photos/videos/screenshots demonstrating the defect
- Description of the issue and when it occurs
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and all included accessories (if applicable).
- If returned items are damaged due to improper packaging by the customer, this may affect the refund or eligibility.
Return Processing Time
Processing returns may take 3–5 business days after we receive your return. We will email you once your return has been processed.
Refunds
- Defective / wrong / missing / shipping-damaged items: eligible for a full refund (including any applicable original shipping fees where required).
- Non-defective returns (change of mind): refund will cover the item price only; original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
- Credit/Debit Card: refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days after return approval. Posting time may vary by bank.
- PayPal: refunds are typically available within 2–3 business days after approval.
If you have not received your refund after the above timeframes, please contact your bank/payment provider first, then email us for assistance.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.
Please note: orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
